Allium Sphaerocephalon Herbaceous Perennial 'Drumstick' flowers; are borne of a scape up to 50cm in height and looks like a spherical egg-shaped umbel. They also appear 1-6cm in diameter, tightly packed with many flowers crowded together. 
 
They are commonly known as 'Drumstick Alliums' due to their relatively small sized Umbels, compared to the height of the stem.
