Should you be unfortunate to have a problem with your order please contact us to arrange a return. Please ensure you have read and are happy with our shipping policy before placing your order. Have any further questions about delivery or returns please get in touch where we will happy to assist.


To ensure we provide our customers with the best quality bulbs, we will ship your bulbs to you as soon as they are ready for planting.

Orders are delivered 7 days a week, excluding public holidays.

Therefore, we advise you to plant your flower bulbs as soon as you receive your order. 


Should there be anything wrong or any problems with any of the items you have ordered or have received, you can return your order to the address below, providing you mail them within 14 days of delivery with a receipt of proof of purchase.

Due to the circumstances of our products, we ask you to contact us using our enquiry form on our contact page. We will be delighted to help you with your complaint. 


If you decide to withdraw the contract, we can:

  • Redeliver the same items;

  • Offer you a voucher worth the full purchase price + any shipping costs;

  • Refund you the full purchase price + any shipping costs.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us by means of a statement (in writing, by telephone or by e-mail) that you wish to withdraw the contract. To ensure fast and accurate processing, we ask you to include your order number in the statement.

Please note

  • This provision is applicable only if you make use of your right of withdrawal within 14 days after delivery of the items.

  • Reimbursement of the purchase price is paid by your preferred payment method within 14 days of receipt of the returned items.
